* From 07/08 to 28/08 the price per person in double room (twin beds) is € 42,50, double room € 40
* * If triple rooms is required with separated beds, it will be applied an extra charge of € 10.00 per room per night
In some low season periods, on special occasions and for longer periods, there is up to 10% discount to be agreed with the Directorate. For promotional discounts or last minute, go to the section "OFFERS" .

- The breakfast buffet consists of: high quality fresh milk and UHT milk, fresh croissants every morning (not frozen), cappuccino, espresso, tea, chamomile tea, barley coffee, american coffee, chocolate, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, bread, rusks, butter, jam, nutella, seasonal fruit, brioches, juices, water, local products (according to availability and season, sicilian cannoli, orange juice, almond pastes, etc...). In particular circumstances: bacon, ham, wurstel, cheese, sauces.
CONDITIONS
- Breakfast: from 7.30 to 9.30;
- Reservations and Payment: for bookings on request after the confirmation on availability, you must pay an advance of approximately 30% of the total amount by credit card, bank transfer or Postepay.
In case of direct purchase via online booking, no amount will be charged to credit card as guarantee (except penalties below).
- Cancellations and penalties:
- For cancellations up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- Late cancellations or no-shows include the loss of the deposit or, if booked directly with credit card, charging 30% of the total.
The accommodation accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash, Bank Transfer, Money Order, Post Pay, ATM.
- Credit cards accepted: Maestro, CartaSi, Visa, Mastercard.
In certain circumstances, management reserves the right to modify the procedures for booking and payment.
- Cancellations and penalties:

- Conditions Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in open environments, outside the rooms.
