- The breakfast buffet consists of: high quality fresh milk and UHT milk, fresh croissants every morning (not frozen), cappuccino, espresso, tea, chamomile tea, barley coffee, american coffee, chocolate, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, bread, rusks, butter, jam, nutella, seasonal fruit, brioches, juices, water, local products (according to availability and season, sicilian cannoli, orange juice, almond pastes, etc...). In particular circumstances: bacon, ham, wurstel, cheese, sauces.

CONDITIONS

- Breakfast: from 7.30 to 9.30;

- Reservations and Payment: for any kind of bookings more than two days after the successful confirmation of availability, you must pay a deposit of 30% min. of the total through credit card, postepay charge or bank transfer on bank account that will be communicated at the time of booking. Written confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the customer after the payment of the deposit. The balance of this amount will be paid directly on the day of arrival. The facility accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash, Bank Transfer, Money Order, Post Pay, ATM.
• Credit cards accepted: Maestro,  CartaSi, Visa, Mastercard.

In certain circumstances, management reserves the right to modify the procedures for booking and payment.

- Cancellations and penalties:

- The deposit has confirmation value and is binding on both parties.
- in case of cancellation from 30 to 15 days before arrival date will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
- in case of cancellation from 14 days to the arrival date, or if no show, will not be refunded the deposit.
- in case of earlier departure than that agreed, the customer must still pay the full amount of the stay, unless otherwise determined by the direction.
- it is possible for the user to assign the reservation provided to third parties for the same period and number of people.

 - Conditions Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in open environments, outside the rooms.

• Luggage Storage: If necessary, prior notice, you can deposit your luggage outside the scheduled time for check-in or check-out.
